Through these acquisitions, the Stenbergs Group strengthens its offering with a complementary product portfolio in tumbling and marking equipment. At the same time, Stenberg’s strong service and aftermarket capabilities provide solid support for the continued development of the newly acquired companies.
Trumlingsaktiebolaget possesses extensive experience and technical expertise in tumbling technology. Its sister company, Euro Maskin, offers a broad range of solutions in industrial washing, liquid purification, and surface finishing products. Together, the companies create a comprehensive product offering within liquid purification, component cleaning, and surface quality.
AB Servus has a strong product offering in marking equipment and traceability systems, an area experiencing growing demand within the manufacturing industry. In addition, Servus serves the railway segment with specialized machinery and aftermarket services.
“It feels both reassuring and absolutely right that Trumlingsaktiebolaget and AB Servus are now becoming part of the Stenbergs Group. It is worth remembering that Trumlingsaktiebolaget was founded in 1953 by AB Servus itself — meaning we share a common history spanning more than seventy years. We are now writing the next chapter together with a strong and committed owner who truly understands our industry,” says Bengt Bergström, CEO of Trumlingsaktiebolaget and AB Servus.
“Trumlings and Servus are a natural and excellent fit within the Stenbergs Group. Trumlings broadens and strengthens Euro Maskin’s offering within surface treatment, while Servus complements Stenberg’s product portfolio and can also benefit from, and collaborate with, our strong service organization. We look forward to welcoming them into the group,” says Jonas Wihlborg, CEO of AB Sigfrid Stenberg.
The Stenbergs Group is owned by J2L Holding AB, a family-owned investment company focused on the long-term ownership and development of small and medium-sized industrial and trading companies.
